Our Staff

Mike has worked at Don's Ford for 12 and half years as a Sales Consultant. He graduated from Rome Free Academy.

At home, Mike lives with his wife, Ashley and their two children, Hunter and Jack. In his spare time, he enjoys being in the outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing or camping.

Billy has worked for Don's Ford Service for 30 years, he is currently the manager of our Service Department. He is a graduate of Proctor High School.

At home, he has three children, and enjoys to spend time with his family, workout and maintain his hobby of cars.

Andrew has worked at Don's Ford for a year, as a Sales Consultant. He previously worked in the banking industry for five years.

 He received his Bachelors in Business Administration and Finance from SUNY Polythenic Institute. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys golfing, mountain biking, kayaking, and camping. 

Matt has worked at Don's Ford for the past seven years as the Sales Manager. He is also a Volunteer Firefighter for the Whitesboro Fire Department.

Scott has worked for Don's Ford for 10 years as a Sales Consultant. He is retired from the State of New York and was a self-employed landscaper.

At home, he lives with his wife Deanna, and together they have three daughters, Genna, Carissa, and Domenica. When he gets any spare time, Scott enjoys traveling.

Jim has worked at Don's Ford for 31 years as a Sales Consultant. He is married with three children.

Bob started at Don's Ford five months ago as a Sales Consultant but grew up in the car industry from the ages of 12 to 20. He was a Funeral Director for his own company for 19 years and spent time working with many other companies. Bob graduated from SUNY Canton and was also a County Coroner.

At home, he lives with his wife, Lindsay and their three children, Jack, Joey, and Amalia. He is involved in the Galliano, Toccolana and Rome Elks clubs. Bob was also a former member of the Youth Baseball Member Board and President of Rome Youth Hockey. 

In his spare time, Bob enjoys golfing, cornhole, bocce, gardening and watching his children's sporting events.

John has worked in Don's Ford Service for 13 years and is currently one of our Service Advisors. In total, he has spent 24 years working in the car industry. 

At home, John has four children and enjoys spending time with them, as well as, cooking, boating, and camping. He is a graduate of Proctor High School.

Ryan has worked at Don's Ford for five years and is currently our Parts Manager. He graduated from Remsen Central High School and attended Mohawk Valley College for welding. Previously he worked at Upstate Cerebral Palsy as a Direct Care Worker, for four years.

In his spare time, Ryan enjoys going to car shows.
