Meet Our Staff

Billy has worked for Don's Ford Service for 30 years, he is currently the manager of our Service Department. He is a graduate of Proctor High School. At home, he has three children, and enjoys to spend time with his family, workout and maintain his hobby of cars.

Meet Matt, our Sales Manager with over 15 years of experience in the auto industry. Known for his dedication, leadership, and in-depth knowledge, Matt is passionate about helping customers find the right fit while supporting his team every step of the way. Outside of the dealership, he enjoys adventuring with his wife and dogs, and he's always on the hunt for new foods and flavors to try.

Ryan has worked at Don's Ford for five years and is currently our Parts Manager. He graduated from Remsen Central High School and attended Mohawk Valley College for welding. Previously he worked at Upstate Cerebral Palsy as a Direct Care Worker, for four years. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys going to car shows.

Matt Potasiewicz. brings 15 years of experience in the auto industry, combining his strong work ethic with a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle. Outside of the dealership, Matt is a dedicated volunteer firefighter, youth hockey coach, and an avid fly fisherman. When he’s not on the ice or the water, you’ll find him in the kitchen honing his skills as a home chef. Matt’s commitment to service—both on and off the job—makes him a true asset to our team.

Scott has been a valued member of our sales team for 15 years, bringing a strong work ethic and friendly, down-to-earth approach to every customer interaction. Before joining the auto industry, Scott retired from a career with the State of New York and also ran his own landscaping business. When he’s not at the dealership, he loves spending time with his three daughters and grandchildren, and takes every chance he gets to travel and explore new places

Jim is a seasoned Sales Representative with an impressive 38 years in the auto industry. His dedication goes far beyond the showroom—he often spends time outside of work supporting his customers and building lasting relationships. Jim enjoys relaxing at the local diner, catching up with familiar faces, and cherishing time with his children. With decades of experience and a genuine care for people, Jim brings trust and heart to every interaction.

Joe brings over 10 years of experience in the auto industry, offering knowledge and a customer-first approach to every interaction. Before joining our team, he worked as a dealer at Turning Stone Casino, where he honed his skills in communication and service. Joe’s friendly personality and industry experience make him a great asset to our dealership

Matt is a newer face in the auto industry, joining just a few years ago, but he’s quickly made his mark with a strong passion for vehicles and a drive to keep learning and growing every day. His curiosity and commitment to providing great service make him a valuable part of our team, and he's always eager to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for!

Mike brings an incredible 47 years of experience to the auto industry, having served both as a top-performing Sales Representative and a former General Sales Manager. His deep knowledge, leadership, and customer-first mindset make him a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Mike enjoys hitting the golf course with his daughter and relaxing poolside with his wife. His passion for the industry is matched only by the time he values with his family.

John has worked in Don's Ford Service for 13 years and is currently one of our Service Advisors. In total, he has spent 24 years working in the car industry. At home, John has four children and enjoys spending time with them, as well as, cooking, boating, and camping. He is a graduate of Proctor High School.
